I understand that any default in the payment of rent may by recorded with the Credit Reference Agency who may supply the information to other credit companies or insurers in the request for responsible granting of tenancies, insurance and credit. The information contained therein may be disclosed to one or more tracing companies and / or debt collection agencies in order to trace my whereabouts or recover monies due.

The information provided in this form by me is information as described in Ground 17 of the housing Act 1996 and I understand that if any information within this application is found to be untrue, it is grounds for termination of the tenancy.

If your tenancy application proceeds and a holding deposit is paid, the holding deposit may be retained in full if you have provided misleading and/or false information on this tenancy application form and then the tenancy does not go ahead. It may also be retained in full if you fail a Right To Rent ID check, you withdraw from your application after paying it or you fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement by the deadline.
